Surgical instruments are bought once and used for years, so the grade of steel matters more than the sticker price. We supply instruments that hold an edge through repeated autoclaving, and we will show you the material certificate before you buy.

Buying from us

Sets can be assembled to a surgeon’s own list rather than bought as a fixed kit. Theatre equipment is installed by our own team, and we quote sharpening and repair separately so a worn instrument does not mean replacing the set.
